Granting of elite formation for exceptional children under specialized general educational curriculums in the specialized organizations of formation for exceptional children is spent on the basis of article 1 item 61, item 4 item 20, item 8 item 8, item 14, articles 18 of the Law of Kazakhstan «About formation» and according to standard documents of the Government and the Republic Kazakhstan Ministry of Education and Science:

«The constitution of Republic of Kazakhstan » is accepted on a republican referendum on August, 30th, 1995 (with changes and additions from 21.05.2007);
